Freezie Treats ships products nationwide within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a flat rate shipping nationwide. $4.99 is the shipping cost for all states in the U.S. We will be updating this to price per weight soon!

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3 business days from the date of receipt. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your delivery location. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier issues.

5. Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

6. Address Accuracy

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Freezie Treats is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.

7. Shipping Errors and Issues

In the event of shipping errors, such as lost or damaged packages, please contact us within 20 days of receiving your order. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Freezie Treats is not liable for any loss or damage that occurs once the package is in the carrier’s possession.
